Need a Polish Translation?

Legalisering.dk offers Polish translations executed by professional Polish translators. We provide both commercial translations and certified translations with and without apostille.

Certified or Legalized Polish Translation with Apostille

At Legalisering.dk, we can offer you four different solutions for your Polish translation needs. These solutions are as follows:

Certified Translation

Legalisering.dk provides certified translations where the document is translated by a certified translator who stamps and endorses their work. This type of translation is also known as a sworn translation or certified translation—it means the same. You will receive the translation in physical format, and no changes or corrections can be made. You will first receive the translation in PDF format, followed by the physical version with a signature sent to you.

Certified Translation Including Legalization

The second option we offer is a certified translation with endorsement from our certified translators, which can also be legalized. This is done by obtaining a confirmation from Dansk Industri or a notary, followed by an apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Due to the requirements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will most often need you to send us your original document, as this must also be legalized with apostille before the translation can receive its apostille. You can either obtain the apostille for the original document yourself, or we can assist you with that. Your document must be issued by a Danish authority for us to assist with legalization, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs only legalizes translations attached to originals. Furthermore, original documents must be in physical form—scanned copies are not accepted.

Company-Certified Translation

This type of translation is performed by a professional translator who is proofread and then accompanied by our company letterhead confirming the translation. This can be a good alternative to obtain a cheaper translation if the recipient accepts this type of translation. If you are unsure whether your recipient will accept this type of translation, please share the information you have received from them, and we will work it out together.

We always use native-speaking translators for our translations to ensure a legally valid translation.

Company-Certified Translation with Legalization Including Apostille

The company-certified translation that includes our company letterhead can be legalized with Dansk Industri or a notary and apostille. We are well-acquainted with the procedure and ensure that your documents will always be legalized. If you send documents that cannot be legalized, we will point this out and help you find a solution for your task.

As mentioned earlier, due to the requirements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will most often need you to send us your original document, as this document must also be legalized with apostille before the translation can itself be legalized—we are happy to assist with this.

When translating a document from Danish to Polish, we recommend that you obtain an apostille on your original documents. Since our translator is certified in Poland, an apostille on the translation itself will not typically be necessary in most cases.

Price

Our minimum price for a certified translation from Danish/English to Polish is DKK 2,000 ex VAT, and with legalisation of the translation (without originals) the price is DKK 3,500 ex VAT. Our minimum price for a company-certified translation from Danish/English to Polish is DKK 490 ex VAT, and with legalisation of the translation (without originals) the price is DKK 1,900 ex VAT. However, all jobs are individual, so send us an enquiry and we will find a quote for you.

When we handle business translations, industry knowledge is crucial for ensuring you receive a quality translation.
