Spanish Translations Approved on First Submission
We are ready to assist companies with the translation and legalization of important business documents, contracts, and correspondence. For individuals, we ensure that personal documents, such as certificates, diplomas, and legal documents, are accurately translated and legalized.
Certified Spanish Translations, With or Without Apostille
At Legalisering.dk, we offer four different options for your Spanish translation needs:
Certified Translation
Our first option is a certified translation, where your document is translated by a certified translator who stamps and signs the translation. Also known as a sworn or confirmed translation, this type is delivered in physical format and must not be altered. You will receive a PDF version first, followed by a physical copy sent to a GLS pick-up location.
Certified Translation incl. Legalization
The second option we offer is a certified translation with notarization from our certified translators, followed by legalization. This Spanish translation will also be legalized through certification by the Confederation of Danish Industry or a notary, followed by an apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Due to requirements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in most cases, we’ll need you to send us your original document, as this must also be legalized with an apostille before being combined with the translation. You may obtain the apostille yourself or we can assist. Your document must be issued by a Danish authority for us to handle legalization—the Ministry only legalizes translations attached to originals.
Corporate-Certified Translation
This involves a standard translator completing the translation, which then undergoes a review and is sealed with our company’s official mark, certifying the translation. This is a cost-effective solution, especially if the recipient accepts this type of certification. Click here to read more about our corporate-certified translations.
We always use native-language translators for all our projects.
Corporate-Certified Translation incl. Legalization
For a corporate-certified translation from Legalisering.dk with our official cover page, we manage the entire legalization process for you. We submit your translation to both the Confederation of Danish Industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once the translation is approved by the Confederation, we forward it to the Ministry for the necessary apostille stamp, confirming the document's legal validity for international use, particularly in countries that are members of the Hague Convention. Choose Legalisering.dk for a smooth, professional solution for your business translations.
Again, due to requirements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in most cases, we’ll need you to send us the original document, as it must be legalized with an apostille before the translation itself can be legalized—something we are happy to assist with. Legal Requirements for Your Translation
Depending on the country where you need to use your translation, there may be different requirements. These could include a certified/sworn translation, meaning it must be completed by a certified translator who stamps and signs the translation. You may also be asked to obtain an apostille for your translation—we can handle this for you, and it’s included in the price if you select legalized translation when requesting a quote. We may also need you to send us or the translator your originals.
If your translation is intended for Latin America, we can arrange for it to be notarized, as this is often preferred by local authorities. Please let us know which country will be using your translation.
If your translation requires legalization, the original document must also be legalized, in accordance with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs guidelines. You can find an explanation here.
