Certified and Legalized Russian Translations with Apostille

Legalisering.dk offers four different solutions for your Russian translation needs.

Certified Translation

Our certified translation means that your document is translated by a certified translator who then stamps and signs the document. This type of translation, often referred to as a sworn translation or confirmed translation, is received in physical form without the possibility of alterations. We send both a scanned PDF and the original signed copy to your address via GLS.

Certified Translation with Legalization

With certified translation that includes legalization, an endorsement from Danish Industry or a notary is added, along with an apostille stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please note that in most cases, the original document must have an apostille before the translation can be legalized, and we can handle the entire legalization process for you, provided the document is issued by a Danish authority.

Company-Certified Translation

Company-Certified Translation with Legalization

The certified translation that includes our company cover page can also be legalized with a notary and apostille. This is done by having the project manager take the translation to the notary, who approves the project manager's signature, and then this notary endorsement is legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As mentioned above, due to requirements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will typically need you to send us your original document(s) since this document also needs to be legalized with an apostille before the translation itself can be legalized. Delivery Time for Russian Translations

The delivery time for Russian translations can vary, but on average, it takes 4-8 business days before you receive the translated document. This depends on whether you need the translation legalized and how much text is involved.

Legal Requirements for Your Translation

If we are to translate your document into Russian, it may be a requirement that your document is equipped with an apostille before we proceed with the translation, as this document must also be translated and attached to the original. The idea behind the apostille on your original is to assure the Russian authorities of the validity of the document as endorsed by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We will then translate your original and get the translation legalized. We will always inform you if an apostille on your original is needed—this will also be translated into Russian at the same time.
